Thanks, Jesse! I don't think there would be any trouble deleting them using windows explorer, accessed directly or from My Computer. My point about changing their size was to avoid scanning a second time. It may be that scanning a second time correctly could turn out to be the quicker way. But I think not. Could depend on familiarity with the particular graphics program.
