    3. Now I see what's happening. In the source list in a report, FO is adding a period at the end of every source field. When that period falls near the right margin of the source list in a report, FO is wrapping only the period to the next line. Well, where the problem exists, you might shorten the overall source by maybe abbreviating a word somewhere to make the whole line shorter and thereby pull the wayward period back up to the first line. Or if you're prone to changing margins or fonts now and then, you might force the listed source into two or more lines by making the description and/or publisher fields in the source have two or more lines by inserting <enter>'s between words there. But Betty is saying that editing her sources is having no effect, and that is a different problem. You should always be able to edit your sources. Betty, I would try packing the database and if that doesn't fix the source editing problem I would drag and drop the entire database to a new database and hope that would solve that problem.
