I just tried to print a Descendants Hourglass Tree from reports (using banner paper). On the screen it looked perfect. The chart is 23 pages. When it started printing it was printing boxes on top of other boxes and the connecting line were running through the boxes. Can anyone tell me why it is printing this way. I have a family reunion coming up on August 4th and would like to get this printed prior to then. TIA. I am using an HP Pavilion 7850, 930Mhz, 256MB RAM, 40 GB HD, Windows ME, Family Origins 9.02 and am printing with an HP Deskjet 990 Cse Professional Series printer. Darold "Doc" M.
