Since I can't get into the archives to look, I'll have to ask here. I've received what is supposed to be 2 gedcoms, but show up as CL4 files and WPS files. I can't get Family Origins to open them. Apparently, I forgot to uncheck the "Always open with this program" when I tried to open it with Family Origins, & now I can't even try to open it with anything else. I've tried right-clicking to see if I could get back to the screen with choices to open the file, but I couldn't figure that out either. Does anyone know how to open these files or at least get me back to the screen to choose something else to try to opening it? Leslie
Hi Leslie, I'm not sure about CLK, but WPS is used by Microsoft Works as the extension for its word processor files.
