    3. The "proper place"? I am not at all certain where that would be, but I did a bit of experimenting: In the “Source Text (verbatim text from the source)” I entered text until it stopped taking it, then I copied the whole thing to Word to let it count what that field would hold. I had: 3 pages, 2073 words, 7862 characters (no spaces), 9912 characters with spaces, 23 paragraphs, and 135 lines). In the citation details field I got: 1 page, 209 words, 785 characters(no spaces), 991 characters (with spaces) 3 paragraphs and 14 lines. So it looks like the citation details only holds 10% of what the source text does, But the source text does not get printed on any of the output pages, so if you want he whole thing printed, you will probably have to enter it as a note. I like to enter the whole thing in the source text field, then copy only the pertinent line or two in the citation text. Once it has been cited ten times, you could have the whole thing printed. 3. Ooops... Confusing "Source Citation" with "Fact Note". The 32K limit is on "Fact Notes" and will allow about 10 pages of text to be entered. If the size of the text file is larger than 32K (10 pages) then some of the methods discussed in the thread earlier this year could be used. 3. I have a data base with over 6000 names listed. I just added another 600 names using the Drag and Drop method. Now I have discovered that I have several DUPLICATE names and families. What is the best way to get rid of a duplicates. If I delete one Tom Jones. Does it delete both of them? Should I rename one of the Tom Jones to Tom Smith and then delete the Tom Smith? Bill
