Can someone help me. I have just purchased Version 9, updating from ver.6 Version 9 will not accept the input from ver. 6, saying it is corrupt. I can still use ver.6, it still does everything, but - I did have a system crash earlier this year, my niece copied everything to cd, when I tried to copy it back, I got everything except the pictures, and now when I click on someone that had a picture it shows an error, also it will not let me have a long Data Name (ie. My Family Tree), it will only accept (My Fam~), and it will not allow me to have more than one datafile. Does any of this make any sense to anyone???? I am not computer oriented at all. I tried to send myself a gedcom of the whole database of ver. 6, put cannot seem to install it into ver. 9. I can't find the number for tech support, they didn't include it with my update.
