I am receiving the following code base error everytime I try to open my Master Data Base. I have backups but I can't even open Family Origins 9.2 Error# -200 Error# 83805 File is not a data file database corruption detected C:\Fowin5\MasterDC.DBF C:\Fowin5\MasterDC.DBF Next window: Error# -935 Error# 94001 Null Input Parameter unexpected d4field Next window: Program Error Exiting Application Please tell me what I did that caused this and especially...please tell me how to get my database open! using Windows explorer, or Find, go to the Windows folder on the C: drive and delete the file FOWIN32.INI (Or if you don't trust me, you can just rename it for a while) then FOW will open. If you restore your backup in the same folder as the original was, it will overwrite it and effectively delete the corruption. -- A new FOWIN32.INI will be created, you might have to reset your options and screen preferences.
