I use the photo album in two ways in FO. The first is the traditional of assigning photos to the individual and dragging them into order. I may have the first out of order as this is the one selected for showing with any book or other printout. The second is a little different. We have a family reunion every year (as a matter of fact, there are two, one on my fathers side and one on my mothers). I have created a database called picnics. I have two lines, the first is Tompkins Picnics and the child is the following years picnics. The child to that would be the next year and so on. There is no spouse in each case. Now for each years picnic, I initiate a scrapbook page and in that page, I place the photos (scanned) for that picnic. Witht the title and description, I can put plenty of information so now I print out a Report/Photo Charts/Individual and print each years picnic. It carries the title of the year at the top and is page numbered for that year if there are more pictures than will go on one page (I use 2 columns and 3 rows to give sizable photos). I have produced this for our picnics since 1981 and then bring them to the reunion picnics. They have always been a big hit.
