    3. Hello Alfred, Thank you for responding to my problem. I did exactly as you have described below. Never did "double click" on anything, anytime. FTM just took it and put it in its' program and I wanted it in FO. I wouldn't know how to monkey with the associations list, have never done that so will perhaps have to take it to the shop.
