    3. Wayne has shown how this is done enough that I think I remember it. Go that youngest person that you want in the line, and export a GEDCOM of his ancestors. Import this GEDCOM into a new, empty temporary database and go to the Oldest ancestor in the line that you wand and print a report on his descendants. You could work in reverse and export the older relatives descendants, then print the ancestors of the younger person. It all depends on the way you want the final report to look. (there are usually less ancestors of the younger to export to the GEDCOM than there are descendants of the elder too.) Good Luck, Alfred ======== ----- Original Message ----- From: "David E. 3. To Alfred and all of the others who have responded, I have found the connection via the relationship calculator. Since I enter information from printed Individual Summary sheets anyway, I simply took the "oldest" ancestor (King Edward I, in this case) and printed his Individual Summary, and then went to each of his/her children who were shown as a direct grandparent (11th, 10th, etc.) one at a time, printing out an Individual Summary as I went along. Alfred's (Wayne's?) suggestion works as well, but doing it this way gives me the means to enter the information afterwards, since I have chosen not to merge databases as a matter of personal preference. Thanks again to one and all who responded.
