It took me a little time to work my way through the genealogy.com web site. The policy differs by the product. For FTM it's $2 a minute as of June 21, 2001. This is also true for the CDs: http://www.genealogy.com/help/ftm_curr.html For FO there is a grace period right now: http://www.genealogy.com/help/fo_disc_more.html and for Ultimate Family Tree, which has been discontinued, there is still a toll number, but without credit card fees: http://www.genealogy.com/help/uft.html The GenForum boards and other on-line resources will remain in place for all the products as of now.
