Jackie I have created a single Custom attribute which I've called "Certs" and I use the relevant letters B, M, & D to denote Birth, Marriage or Death certificates I have bought/obtained or C, P or X to denote Christening, Parish Marriage or Burial. You can use as many of the above letters as you want in the single field. This means that you only need a single column in the main Records window or a single line on a diagram (or I suppose in a report) to simply show what you got.
