It's not the question that you asked, but have you considered this method which I think is better? - Make digital images of your BMD certificates and obtain images of baptisms marriages and burials. - Link those images to the people concerned using whatever method suits you best, so that you can call up those mulitmedia images at will. - Assign BMD flags as appropriate. - Set BMD icons associated with those flags to display on diagrams. When working in Family Historian I usually work in the diagrams, so it's great to be able to see at a glance what BMD evidence I have for each person.
