If you are using FH V5 with the Project structure, then it offers three Backup options: Small, Medium, Full. Small is the GEDCOM file only. Medium is the GEDCOM file and Project data sub-folder including Media files. Full is the GEDCOM file, and Project data sub-folder and the Public sub-folder.
