Val asks: Is there any way in which I (or My History) can print out every record name in my large database as an alphabetical List and, if possible, also include the relationships to me where these exist? Yes, use "View > Standard Queries > All Individuals" and then "File > Print". Val says: I also want to print out one paper copy of the text I have attached to every entry in my database. Use "Publish > Record Detail Reports" and work through each one you want. Select all records each time using the central >> button and then click "Print".
