On the border of FH top left it is identified by "Family Historian Gedcom" instead of "Family Historian Project". All the advice you should need is in FH via "File > Project Window > Tips for New & Upgrading Users" plus "Notes for Upgrading Users". http://www.fhug.org.uk/wiki/doku.php?id=how_to:v4:understanding_projects provides more details. Essentially you need to use "File > Project Window > New Project > Import a GEDCOM file". BUT do read the help and advice first, especially if you have associated Multimedia files. Otherwise, the Multimedia will NOT get imported into the Project and you will have to start over again.
