Or open view in the tool bar Select Standard Queries from the drop down menu Select all individuals This will open the full list of individuals On the tool bar pick the ikon near the end 'save query in file' This will open a drop down menu Select a choice say 'save a CSV file. Prompt this and a question will opo up asking if you want it to include all the column headings.
