I have Windows 8.1 which is different from 8.0 and includes free Sky Drive with unlimited storage. At least that is what I think as I have found no details of it and I have moved my FH to Sky Drive (soon to be renamed One Drive) It took a bit of time to get used to and I am happy with Windows 8.1. Upgrading to 8.1 is free if you have 8.0 I also have One Drive on my mobile as an app which was free. My mobile is a Windows mobile 8.1 hence the free One Drive Victor On 21/03/2014 5:13 PM, John Brownsdon wrote: > When I first downloaded FH5 I was thinking of installing it on my wife's Mac > which is better than my current Windows system. A little further information on SkyDrive/OneDrive. They had to change the name because B-Sky-B objected to SkyDrive. It is a free cloud file storage/synchronisation service from Microsoft. However, you can access it for free on any PC, Mac, Unix, iPad, Android, SmartPhone, etc whether Microsoft based or not. The basic free storage limit is 7GBytes, but if you also save iPad/Android photos you get another free 3GBytes. This can be supplemented by half a GByte for each person you refer it to and they sign in up to a total limit of 20GBytes. Thereafter you can pay for more storage. An automatic (as opposed to manual) file synchronisation tool is supported on most but not all platforms. e.g. Windows XP and Unix and Blackberry are not supported.
