Nev, the colour of the "Title" text depends on where you place the Title Item in the Text Scheme editor. The same applies to all Items. If it is amongst the Name Items, above the <font = ... > Item, then it uses the Boxes tab Sex based Text Colour. If it is below the <font = ... > Item, then it uses that font definition. The green button to the right labelled "_ATTR-Position to Title" or "Occupation to Title" is the one to click to perform the change.
