Surely, if a user used the global "Re-order out-of-date" function, the individual bits of information would be set by date order which may not be the order wanted by the user (or as changed by using the plug-in). If the plug-in did all records, one could confidently use the "Re-order out-of-date" function and then re-run the plug-in to restore all to the preferred sequence. Brian
