I am not sure why the chart would stop updating Unless it's simply that you have reached the number of generations you originally set for the chart), but I am not clear why anyone would use the temporary Mark feature to track people needing attention. What I would recommend is to use a named list to track the people as this will work in many contexts and you can set a named list from your currently marked boxes. Do Diagram>Marks>Select marked Boxes Then Edit>Save to Named List This will then create a list which you can either 1. Adjust your Box settings to colour boxes based on the named list entry or 2. Use set Marks using Query and use the In List Query to select the list you created above. This has the additional advantage that you can also add notes of what you want to do to the people on the list and print that out if you wish.
