I have started including all my media pictures to Family historian. Some pictures show people and are nice to have them being presented as portraits in the software as well as in the family trees. However, other medias I add are just pictures of places, maps, etc. and I do want them to be shown as people portraits. If I got it right, it seems like FH automatically uses any added media as portraits. My doubt. How to avoid this? Is there any practical way? Pedro

I would like to import a FTM2012 file into FH. However I don't want another copy of all the media in the Project file. Can anyone advise how how to import and leave all the media tags in place? Thanks, Tony (New User!)
