Mike I forgot to add that when you save anything on let's say your computer, the other equipment has to be switched on before any download happens. So if you save anything and the other, lets say laptop, is not switched on for, say a week, any downloads wont start until then. A little blue box appears, a circle, in the bottom left hand corner of the file. The circle shows it is being updated. The same thing happens with drop box and probably other similar systems. Remember when you helped me to re organise my FH Project files. I couldn't find the new FH on my lap top for sometime. It was a big file so took ages to appear on Sky Drive.
