I had the same problem. Mike Tate kindly provided me with a solution. See the FHUG Forum - FH Crashing Producing reports [1]http://www.fhug.org.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=11130 It's the last entry but one. Sorry no idea how to prevent reoccurring. This week I received an email from a cousin saying that she was surprised to fi nd that in her record on TNG, there is a "Died" event which states "Yes, date u nknown". When I looked in FH, sure enough there is a death event with no data. The appr opriate line in gedcom contains: "1 DEAT Y" - and the next line moves on to ano ther event. Looking further, I find that I have over 1000 of these. I have tried to use a query to identify these in the hope that I can remove the m all at a stroke, but my understanding of queries is perhaps inadequate, and I have failed. Can anyone suggest how how I should remove these phantom deaths. And, further, how I can prevent their re-occurrence? Thanks for any help.
