    3. Ray, Use the Records Window. Highlight the Sources Tab. Highlight the Citations Column and it will block them into how many times they are cited, with the zeros at the bottom. Select the zero times cited ones en bloc (as you would items in File Explorer or almost any Windows application), press Delete key on keyboard and you will get your final warning. Be sure you want to delete them, and go for it. Can someone confirm that sources with no citations have no connection to anyone in the database? If that is the case how do I get them into a list to block erase them?     3. Nigel, You can't delete multiple records that way, only one at a time. For multiple records you have to add them to a named list.
