Hi Robin, Just to add to what Mike has said: You do have some control over the Proxy boxes. In Diagram Options, on the Proxies tab, there are options to 'Never show proxy boxes' or to 'Show proxy boxes only if any of these conditions apply'. This enables you to display the boxes only if the offset between the individual's proxy box and main box would be greater than a specified distance in the diagram.
