Success at last!!! I have received an email from support@family-historian.co.UK. they said they had resent the details, but that didn't get here either, so they have just emailed it to me direct. Haven't got a clue what has gone wrong, nor have support. But.. the problem has now been resolved. Thank you everyone Brian K
