    3. That is an unusual description of the online purchase process from Calico Pie. Usually an Email is sent to you with the licence details and link to download the installation file with a 30-day time limit. It is then important that you Backup the licence details and downloaded file to allow re-installation in future. Did you not have to supply an Email address as part of the purchase process? You could try the Calico Pie support contact and provide full details of how and when you made the purchase, and hopefully they should sort it out.
