Please check the files & folders in ...\Calico Pie\Family Historian\Queries\ Right-click, choose Properties, and open Security tab. 'Everyone', 'SYSTEM' and 'Administrators' should Allow 'Full control' etc, etc... 'CREATOR OWNER' should only Allow 'Special permissions'. 'Users' should Allow at little more than 'Read & execute' and 'Read'. Anything significantly different is probably the cause. First of all try re-installing FH V6.0.4 in Safe Mode using 'Run as administrator' as explained in: http://www.fhug.org.uk/wiki/doku.php?id=how_to:family_historian_installation_problems If that still does not work, how familiar are you with editing those folder/file permissions?
