    3. What about Standard & Custom Diagrams, Reports, Plugins, etc? Can you change and save any options in those features? I am trying to establish where in the ...\Calico Pie\Family Historian\ folder hierarchy the permissions have been upset by Windows 10, which is quite a common problem, especially when upgrading from Windows 7 with the OneDrive app still installed. I suspect it is the whole folder structure, and one possible cure is to reinstall FH V6.0.4 that might reset the permissions correctly. Regards, Mike Tate -----Original Message----- Subject: Re: [FHU] Records Window I have just carried out a check on both Standard and custom queries. 3. I have just checked Standard Diagram the error message did not appear nor has it ever appeared on any plug in. I don't have anything in custom diagrams as I have never got round to using it The error message only appears on queries but once I have removed it the queries itself is fine Regards Victor On 18/10/2015 7:04 PM, Beryl & Mike Tate via wrote: > What about Standard & Custom Diagrams, Reports, Plugins, etc? > Can you change and save any options in those features? > I am trying to establish where in the ...\Calico Pie\Family Historian\ folder hierarchy the permissions have been upset by Windows > 10, which is quite a common problem, especially when upgrading from Windows 7 with the OneDrive app still installed. > > I suspect it is the whole folder structure, and one possible cure is to reinstall FH V6.0.4 that might reset the permissions > correctly. > > Regards, Mike Tate > > -----Original Message----- > Subject: Re: [FHU] Records Window > > I have just carried out a check on both Standard and custom queries. > > Selecting arbitrary items and each and every time I get that error message > > Victor > > On 18/10/2015 5:02 PM, Beryl & Mike Tate via wrote: >> Victor, I think that is a very different issue. >> >> What other Standard Queries and Custom Queries produce that message? >> >> Does it also affect Diagrams, Reports, or Plugins? >> >> I suspect it may be a permissions problem on the C:\ProgramData\Calico Pie\Family Historian\Queries\Standard and related folders > or the files within. >> Regards, Mike Tate >> >> -----Original Message----- >> Subject: Re: [FHU] Records Window >> >> I have been getting a kind of similar message since I upgraded to Windows 10 >> >> In my case I prompt 'view' 'standard queries' 'relationships and nearest relationships' and get the message 'File is not a Family > Historian Query' but when I close it the query opens up like it used to do >> I have done the installations setting you have just suggested >> >> Victor >> > > ------------------------------- > To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to FAMILY-HISTORIAN-USERS-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message
