I normally only use Individual NOTES. I received a file that also has families NOTES. Could someone please explain how to correctly use families NOTES to me? In the help, it stated that families NOTES can be seen in the individual property box. How do I know what notes are individual and what are families in the individual property box. The icon on the left of the note in the list in the upper half of the Notes tab is a small blue circle for individual notes, a small red circle for family notes and a yellow mini note for links to note records.
