You need to edit the text scheme for the diagram. Right-click in the background of the diagram and select Diagram Options. In the Diagram Options box, select the Text tab. The particular text scheme you are using will be highlighted. Click Edit on the right hand side. In the Edit Text Scheme box, scroll down the right hand section to the Birth line. Click Edit in the lower right corner. This bring up the template for you to change. Click OK when you have changed it. At each stage you can click on the Help button in the current box for further guidance.
