Yes, that is correct - I have changed the flag status to 'always include' and sure enough I now have all 6 in the flags.fha file. I think Flags are only in listed in that file if you set them using the Flag status to Always include, but Family Historian will also list and Flags which also exist in the currently opened project. So if your project has the flags in it you will see them, if you open an empty project you will only see the ones listed in the settings file. -- Jane.
