John, Assuming the 'photos' in the 'charts' were derived from 'Multimedia' image files in FH, then it would be best to work from those original image files. If you are not sure where these 'Multimedia' image files are stored, then in FH open the Property Box for an Individual in your Diagram. Click the Multimedia tab, and if necessary select the image, then click the red triangular Open Editor/Player button. Depending on which image viewer is chosen, you should be able to use File >Properties to discover the Location and File name. Alternatively, you may have to use File > Save As to see these details. In any case always press Cancel. In MS Word, you will then be able to use Insert Picture From File to capture the image.
