Good Day, When creating a new FH project from a Genbox created GEDCOM my media files were excluded during the import. I find the following in the exclusion log: l.303 - INFO ONLY: Loaded uncategorised data (non-GEDCOM): "3 FORM JPG" l.304 - INFO ONLY: Loaded uncategorised data (non-GEDCOM): "3 FILE C:\Genealogy\Locations\Eberwhite Elementary School 2.jpg" The original GEDCOM file contained the following information associated with the above entry: 1 EVEN 2 TYPE Elementary School 2 DATE AUG 1952 AND JUN 1955 2 PLAC Eberwhite Elementary School, 800 Soule Blvd., Ann Arbor, Washtenaw, Michigan, United States 2 _FORWARD [P] attended school [L] [D] 2 OBJE @M21@ 3 FORM JPG 3 FILE C:\Genealogy\Locations\Eberwhite Elementary School.jpg 2 OBJE @M22@ 3 FORM JPG 3 FILE C:\Genealogy\Locations\Eberwhite Elementary School 2.jpg 3 _PRIM Y Since Alan reports his media files imported from his Genbox created GEDCOM file, what is different with my GEDCOM file that FH would exclude the media? Hi Denise Looking into my media files I find that only half of them transfered and of those 3 are unreadable. The rest are displaying ok. I have been unable to find where these files are stored as the file location is just listed as Media\"Filename". No drive letter appears to be involved. I have tried temporarily moving the original files from their location in E:\Media but they are not removed from the chart, indicating that the original location is not referenced by FH.
