Pauline There is a standard query titled "Source Record - All" which gives the Source title and other information. If you want to show the Source number, you'll need to save it as a custom query and then add another column with the value "=RecordId()" and you could remove the ones you don't want before you save the results set. I just want to print a list of sources by title as they appear on the Record page under Source tab. I don't want details as appear when I run a report of sources, only the title. I want to do this so that I can use the same name for sources I created in another project without closing the project I'm working on and opening the other project in order to check. I tried creating a named list but I cannot find a way of adding all the sources in ABC order except by adding each one separately. I cannot seem to highlight them all together. I am not practised at running queries but there was a standard one for sources. I managed to get just the name of the source and the number of times I'd cited it but when I printed the page they were not in ABC order. I know I must be missing something very obvious and I shall be grateful for advice. Thank you very much to Bran and Jane who together have enabled me to do just what I want. I think this wil help me next time I try a query, too. --- On Thu, 18/8/11, Brian Horridge <brian.horridge@btinternet.com> wrote: From: Brian Horridge <brian.horridge@btinternet.com> Subject: Re: [FHU] Printing list of sources To: family-historian-users@rootsweb.com Date: Thursday, 18 August, 2011, 19:54 Pauline There is a standard query titled "Source Record - All" which gives the Source title and other information.
