One of the mailing lists I subscribe to is running a 'roll call' where people post details of people on their trees that relate to that list, one letter of the alphabet per week. I've been using the standard search feature to look for people that match, but it's very clumsy as I have to start from the first match and manually step through. I then have to extract relevant details from the search results002E What I'd really like to be able to do is to run an individual summary report (or similar) for each person who has a particular word in any of their records. I can't see how to do this using a query as it seems like I have to add a condition for every record type. I'm still using V3.1.2 Cheers Graham No virus found in this outgoing message.
