Whilst on this subject, surely the "Count of Children" field (and "Count of Marriages") should be calculated automatically by Family Historian based on the details entered for an Individual rather than being able to be entered by the user. <<SNIPPED>> As ColeValleyGirl indicates - there might be a difference between knowing a count is zero and not having any known children or marriages. For instance, if it calculated Number of Marriages = zero and displayed that, it might mean they genuinely were never married or it might just mean I've not got round to looking for any marriages. Ditto children. It's one of those cases where a positive statement of "none" does not mean the same as just having no statement. Adrian B
