Hi Everyone, This sounds like a trivial problem but it has become extremely annoying. It's only just started and I'm not sure if it's because I'm using Windows 7 or what. When I cut and paste information into the Notes section of a Fact, it copies with triple line spacing and worse, then I have to delete all the unused space between the words - most annoying. Is there something I should change to stop this happening? Yours in anticipation, Linda
