Where are you copying the information from? If you paste the information into Notepad does that triple space? I have not encountered any problems pasting in text so I suspect the issue is the source of the information. Hi Jane, it happens when I cut and paste information from a website - and happens with a number of websites I haven't had a problem with in the past. If I cut and paste into Notepad the same thing happens - multiple lines between. The strange thing is that it used to work just fine - I've been doing this for 3 years and the problem has just arisen. A right mouse click in the FH Fact notes field comes up with quite a few options that I don't understand. Maybe one of these is to blame?
