Mike Thank you for your helpful advice. All my Multimedia file links were relative so it was easy to export using Windows Explorer. Yes, this happened even when I had renamed the gedcom file on the flash drive in an attempt to prove that the imported image files were not pointing to the original file residing on the computer. My reasoning may have been a bit shaky.
