    3. I am thinking of using the FH facility to create a website that can host my project. I have already created a website that provides 200MB of free space. At present I use the hosting website 'Tribal Pages' which is excellent and provides a very easy method of uploading gedcoms. Its one major disadvantage is that it is not possible to upload jpgs with the gedcom. This has to be done as a separate and lengthy process Does anyone have any additional comments on FH's guide to creating a webpage, any recommended websites that would help me understand the process in simple language and the suggested use of the free Filezilla FTP server. There are suggestions that IE also has an FTP facility but I am not sure how to access that. Can I confirm that uploading a copy of the project to a website will include all the images I currently have on my FH Project. Any advice on this whole process would be welcome. Happy New Year to everyone and I would want to add my thanks to all the regular experts who have helped us problem solve during 2011. * * *James Pam*

    3. James, The FHUG Knowledge Base has additional advice on creating a web page. (1) How to Make a Family Tree CD or Website at http://www.fhug.org.uk/wiki/doku.php?id=how_to:make_family_tree (2) How to Upload Web Pages at http://www.fhug.org.uk/wiki/doku.php?id=how_to:get_my_pages_on_the_web The latter has notes on FTP Filezilla and FTP in Windows Explorer (not IE) - just Google 'Windows Explorer FTP'. The FH created Family Tree CD/Website can include all your images.
