A couple of ways to get jpg files from a pdf: 1) in Adobe Reader use the snapshot tool to copy the required part of the document to the clipboard then paste it into an appropriate graphics program & save as jpg 2) if you have Adobe Photoshop or Elements (not sure if this works for all versions) you can use it to open a pdf & manipulate & save as jpg.
