I've started to have some trouble with media files and hope someone can help. My logic, rightly or wrongly, is that I save documents as pdf files and pictures as jpg files. When I used FH3 I added all media as ole files but these just don't seem to work anymore. So in v4 apart from re-arranging them all in the the project folder I am now copying them into the project folder as files: 1 But FH doesn't have any preset when adding a file for pdfs only about 10 other types of files. So why not? 2 When I add the file to a person and then try to open it, the programme and whole computer just hangs for a couple of minutes before starting to work again but doesn't open the file. Does this mean I now have to re-scan everything or convert he documents (many from others) for FH to use them properly? And if so, how do you convert a pdf to a jpeg? Andrew
