Hi, I have had to change from Windows XP to Windows 7. I have reloaded the Family Historian software with latest upgrades and copied my active projects to the new computer. I don’t seem to have any media information in my diagrams. Has anybody experienced this problem and know what I have done wrong? David

David, You have to transfer the settings as well. On the FHUG website (www.fhug.org.uk) you'll find a 'How To' link. That has an item on 'How to move Family Historian Settings'. All my diagram flags and icons reappeared.
