You might find it more convenient to use the FHUG website at http://www.fhug.org.uk/cgi-bin/index.cgi Just register for free under the Login section. There are a lot of free on line Articles, Knowledge Base, Downloads, and Forums, and if necessary you can attach screenshots of problems that you cannot with this E-mail route.
