You can improve the Summary Report a little by changing the 'Marriage' heading to 'Partnership' or whatever you like. Use the Report Options > Format tab > Heading > Marriage > Edit > Heading Text: Partnership > OK > OK Save this Report as a Custom Report Type for future use with unmarried couples. I cannot find a way of changing 'Spouse' though. My thesaurus defines Spouse as Husband / Wife / Partner. In this section the marriage/partnership 'Status' such as 'Unmarried Couple' is shown.
