    3. Hello Mike, OK, I now have a new list of families which I've sorted into "updated" order so that I could find the ones I wanted. I couldn't find out where the "Record Id" is located. I have two families almost the same, but one is obviously wrong. Do I just delete that family? I'm afraid it's a bit late at night for me to be doing this, and I know I'm a complete idiot when it comes to computer language :-) Anne Anne Cole, President, Lincolnshire Family History Society Duncalf(e)/Duncuff/Duncuft One-name Study GOONS member 513 http://www.one-name.org/profiles/duncalf.html Lincolnshire Post 1837 Marriage Index http://mi.lincolnshiremarriages.org.uk/ Lincolnshire Family History Society http://www.lincolnshirefhs.org.uk > -----Original Message----- > From: family-historian-users-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:family- > historian-users-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of Beryl & Mike Tate > Sent: 29 January 2012 22:59 > To: family-historian-users@rootsweb.com > Subject: Re: [FHU] Help with linking existing people > > >From menubar use View > Records List > Families. > > What I prefer to do is use Tools > Record Window Options and set all the > Record Type Display Options to Always Show. > Then there will be tabs in the Record Window for not just Individuals, > Notes, and Sources but all the other Records too. > > Regards, Mike Tate > > -----Original Message----- > From: family-historian-users-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:family- > historian-users-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of Anne Cole > Sent: 29 January 2012 22:48 > To: family-historian-users@rootsweb.com > Subject: Re: [FHU] Help with linking existing people > > Hello Mike, > > Thanks for your help.
