Hi Jane, Re the double e-mail problem - do have two e-mail addresses, so I've unsubscribed both for FHU mail just to make sure and then re-subscribed only one of them, but I'm still getting the messages twice - one in each account:( I've also upgraded from Windows Mail to Windows Live Mail to see if that would cure it, but it hasn't. If any one is getting two emails and unsubscribing does not seem to be working, if you check the headers and send the exact email addresses as shown on the header to the Admin FHU emails I can unsubscribe them or just one of them. The most common reason for unsubscribing failing is that there are variant addresses for example btinternet.com and btinternet.net are both valid and get delivered to the same mail box, but the Rootsweb server sees them as different addresses.
