CutePDF Writer works well with v3.1.2. Once the program is installed, you can either save your diagram, go to that saved file, click Print, choose CutePDF as your printer and it will appear as a pdf file wherever you select. Alternativlely, from the diagram screen, > file >print setup, choose CutePDF Writer - again it will appear in pdf wherever you want it. Martin

CutePDF Writer is free, it's a small download (0.30MB), and it's simple (otherwise I wouldn't be writing this). It works with Reports in v3 as well, and is the only way I've found of emailing them in their on-screen form (I used to have to print, then scan, in order to retain the screen layout). Martin.
